1.1 In Store Purchases
As a customer of studio x, you have the right to exchange your item within 14 days from the purchase date by using a valid receipt or order number. It is the customer’s responsibility to be able to show a valid receipt. In store purchases can be exchanged for a different item or a gift card. Gift cards are not refundable. This does not apply to made-to-order items.
1.2 Online Purchases
When making a purchase on studiox.dk
You would need to choose your desired products and add them to your cart. Until the final step you will be able to amend your selection and choose not to proceed with your purchase. Shipping costs will be added on top of the total price, depending on your location. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary.
For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the purchase date after the client receives the product. This does not apply to made-to-order items or events.
1.3 Made To Order Items + One Of A Kind + Events
Made to order items, one of a kind and events cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. You can find out if an item is made to order by looking in the product description. If you are unsure, you are welcome to write to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The item must be returned in the same condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. This means that you can unpack the item but it cannot be used. You must note your order number when returning. The customer holds the responsibility to pay for shipping costs of a return. The customer holds full responsibility for the item or its condition until it has arrived at Studio x. We are not at fault for items that have been lost in the delivery process of returning. In the case of a partial return, shipping is not refunded.

Returns from outside the EU
For the package to pass through the customs, you must include the CVR number on the outside of the package when returning.

We do not pick up packages in package shops. The return must be delivered to our physical store. You are also welcome to bring your order to the store for return.
2.1 Shipping And Tracking
Delivery costs vary depending on the product and the destination. The delivery cost will appear at check-out before the payment.
Orders for in stock items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days following the purchase. When your order is packed for delivery, you will receive a tracking number (if available) where you can follow your package.
Studio x offers in store pick up allowing you to pick up your order within the store opening hours. This offer is naturally free of charge.
Made-to-order items have delivery times determined by the manufacturer. Studio x is not responsible for delays in production.
All sales items purchased in the store are final.
