Description

A small, useful pastry brush in oiled birch. A perfect little accessory to help you when baking or cooking. The brush has a hole to hang it around the kitchen or on a brush rack. 

In the late 19^th century a small brush and basket workshop opened in Stockholm, employing visually impaired craftsmen. It was such a successful movement that it remains today. Now, as then, every brush is made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen from Sweden and Estonia according to an old Swedish tradition, bringing a new dimension to the concept of sensitively made by hand.
